Some IMEIs may generate NCK 00000 as the code. Please try this code before placing an order. If you receive the code and it doesn't work, we cannot provide a refund.
Do not use this tool for 16-digit code-locked devices. If you receive an 8-digit code instead, we cannot provide a refund.
Our service only provides codes from a worldwide database, and only 8-digit codes are available. If your phone requires 16-digit codes, please use carrier methods to generate them.
All carriers worldwide are supported, except for Cricket, Sprint, Tracfone, and Verizon (including their MVNOs). Use the "Motorola Full Info Check" tool to check your device carrier.
Do not use this tool for devices that require app/remote unlocking or have no option to enter the unlock code. If you're not sure, please contact us.
Refunds are strictly not allowed for incorrect submissions.
No refunds for wrong code complaints will be accepted, and no investigation or video proof will be accepted.
Cancellation is not allowed until the supplier chooses to complete the order within 72 hours of the request being placed or if the service is experiencing downtime or upgrades.
