Service Availability:
- Online: Monday to Friday
- Offline: Saturday and Sunday

Code Levels Provided:
- All code levels are provided, including Network Code (NCK) and Defreeze Code (MCK).
Unsupported Carriers:
- Sprint, Verizon, and IMEIs starting with 99000#### are not supported.
Important Usage Note:
- Do not use this service for devices requiring App/Remote unlocking or those without an option to enter an unlock code. If uncertain, please contact us before submitting your request.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellations are allowed for up to 7 business days in case of delays.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds for devices that are already unlocked or for duplicate orders.
- Strictly no refunds for wrong model submissions. The supplier for Samsung devices does not offer any refunds (full or partial) for incorrect models.
- Strictly no refunds for non-working codes. Samsung suppliers do not provide any refund (full or partial) for wrong codes, even with video proof.
- Strictly no refunds for wrong submissions, including incorrect Samsung IMEIs or non-Samsung IMEIs. Submitting a wrong IMEI will result in receiving a junk code, and you will be charged the full price.
