2. Refund Policy – Invalid IMEI:
No refunds will be issued if the provided IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number corresponds to an outdated or unsupported model.

3. Refund Policy – Video Proof Required:
If the provided unlock code does not work, a refund can be requested. However, video proof showing the code failure is required to initiate the refund process.

4. Refund Policy – Incorrect Code Usage:
Refunds will not be provided if the wrong code is used, such as using a network unlock code for a region lock or vice versa. Make sure to use the correct code for your unlocking needs.
