Terms & Conditions Before Making a Canadian Network IPhone Order

1) This service is valid for the network specified in the listing title.

2) Please ensure that you select the correct phone model as specified in the listing or listing title (iPhone 3GS, 4S, 5C, and 5S). I ordered the wrong model, which was not listed, and received no refund. The phone should be activated in order to get it unlocked.

3) After making an order, please send us your correct IMEI number (this can be done by typing *#06#, and it is a 15-digit code).

4) The estimated time for unlocking is within business working days, but it may take longer depending on high order volume or if servers are down. In any case, your order is important to us, and we do our best to process it as soon as possible; In the meantime, we appreciate your patience. If your order is overdue by the respected time, there won't be any cancellation until the supplier approves cancellation. In case that you refund your customer without getting cancellation approval, you can consider it a total loss.

5) If the IMEI or network you provided is incorrect (Gsx will show you the correct network locked), if the phone must not have replacement information (using Gsx shows if it does), We won't be in a position to offer you a refund. Before placing an order, always perform a GSX check. Full GSX Check (Carrier, SimUnlock Status) for iPhone and iPad

6) To activate it, connect your phone to Itunes (or simply insert a cross-network sim card into your phone and connect it to wifi).

7) If there are any questions before buying, please feel free to ask to avoid any future disappointments and misunderstandings.

8) In case our server rejects your order and it's not due to an IMEI or network issue, we will give you a full refund.

9) If the carrier decides to relock your phone, we are not responsible. If this happens (0.01%), there will be no refund.

10) Do not order already unlocked IMEIs; no refund will be issued. 11) If the service cannot remove the "Find My iPhone" status in Icloud,  no refund will be issued.


All our advertised prices are negotiable in the event you find a cheaper deal from one of our competitors with valid Proof, Orders In hand.

Verification & Refund Policy

1) If your order is not unlocked, run a GSX report using the website using the following tool name: iPhone & iPad Full GSX Check ( Carrier ,SimUnlock Current Status)

and contact support email id  with Server ORDER ID +GSX REPORT

We shall not verify any order until a GSX report is provided by the customer. A third party must process the GSX report on our website. GSX Reports Are Not Available


2) Once We Get The Required Information of customer showing order id and valid Gsx Report We shall Notify to Supplier and Request for verification if it will be

unlocked again or approved for the refund process.

(3) We will make every effort to complete the verification process as soon as possible, and if there is a delay from the supplier, we will wait until we receive a result.Patience is required at times to solve the issues.
