Use the following tool to verify IMEI:
Check Blacklist/Block/Barred IMEI – United Kingdom
Not Supported:
- Blacklisted / Stolen
- Fraud-related IMEIs
- Replaced devices or altered IMEIs
Working Hours
- Open Monday to Friday only
- No processing on weekends or public holidays
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unlock Code Verification Policy
If the unlock code does not work:
- ? Upload a video proof to YouTube only
- Video must clearly show:
- Phone IMEI
- Phone model
- Unlock code being entered
- Phone counter status (if visible via software)
- Send video link along with IMEI + Unlock Code + Order ID to support email
- If the same code is returned upon rechecking, no refund will be issued
Reasons the code may not work:
- Software glitches
- Blocked or exhausted unlock attempts
