The NCK Box / Dongle Activation for 1 Year Only is a yearly support activation or renewal service for NCK Box and NCK Dongle users. This service is only needed when your box or dongle support has expired and the software asks you to renew support.

Important Order Note

• Activation Type: This is a 1-year support activation / renewal for NCK Box or NCK Dongle.
• Order Carefully: Please do not submit the wrong serial number when placing your order.

• Already Active Support: If your box or dongle already has active support, do not place an order until it expires.

• Box Serial: Serial numbers starting with 2, 4, 6, or 8 are usually Box serials.
• Dongle Serial: Serial numbers starting with 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 are usually Dongle serials.
